About the Role

As a Data Analyst / Business Analyst in Capco, you will have the opportunity to work closely with major financial institutions across Asia, facilitating strategic change programs vital for banking functions and regulatory frameworks. Your tasks will involve:

• Leading a team to deliver ESG data, analytics, and modeling that support actionable insights and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Reviewing and improving business services and regulatory reporting processes.
• Implementing comprehensive data controls in accordance with the Bank’s Data Management policy.
• Analyzing significant datasets to identify client needs and enhance the services provided.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Your contributions are critical to our success. You will:

• Conduct in-depth reviews and document banking processes.
• Manage important data processes using tools like MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, and MS Excel.
• Engage directly with stakeholders to implement data governance and support strategic decisions.
• Independently plan and execute complex analysis workflows while managing relationships across diverse banking functions.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will be proactive, adept at problem-solving and able to handle multiple projects. Required skills include:

• Experience in Financial Services and Banking as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics, programming (Python/SQL), and Data Management.
• Strong knowledge of data process documentation and stakeholder management.

Preferred qualifications include experience with Data Management tools (e.g. Collibra, AWS Studio) and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI).
