Position Summary

As a Data Analyst at Dentsu Creative, you'll leverage comprehensive insights from social, earned, digital, and experiential campaigns to support one of our flagship clients. Your expertise in data analytics will contribute directly to data-driven decision-making processes, enhancing the impact and efficiency of campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights for campaign optimizations and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate effectively with account teams to set measurable objectives for program performance.
  • Generate and present regular reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to enhance real-time access to data insights for both our internal team and clients.
  • Manage and improve data pipelines using Python-based ETL frameworks, maintaining accuracy and transparency in reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production Python scripts, ensuring seamless data operations.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python and data manipulation tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, data science, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience with Tableau, including dashboard creation and data visualization techniques.
  • Understanding of data science principles, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Anticipated base salary range: $59,000 - $96,025, dependent on experience and qualifications.
  • Eligibility for discretionary incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
  • Fully remote work opportunity.
