About the Role

As a Data Analyst within our Customer Success Operations, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence. You will specialize in querying, structuring, and visualizing data to inform strategic decisions, collaborating with engineers, product managers, and leaders to transform complex data into clear and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Utilize tools like SQL and Python to optimize data for analysis.

Minimum Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics or Computer Science, plus at least three years of experience in roles involving data manipulation and visualization (preferably SQL and Tableau).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienced with CRM and ticketing tools like Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Background in Customer Success with a deep understanding of relevant metrics and processes.
  • Familiarity with B2B hardware and SaaS products.
  • Proven ability to partner with leadership to address business challenges.
