Job Description

We are presently searching for an experienced Data Analyst to complement our team. We require someone who can detect intricate patterns in data and convey results to stakeholders. The perfect candidate will possess a robust data background and stay abreast of the trending platforms, tools, and technologies (particularly R, Python, and SQL). You must be capable of swiftly adapting to a client’s business model and establish credibility as their trusted consultant.

Main Responsibilities entail but are not confined to:

• Robust SQL abilities, particularly in data reconciliation.
• Knowledge of ASCII and Unicode configurations is essential, along with the competency to explain these to clients.
• Superior communication talents, a customer service background, and the capacity to translate technical to business language.
• Convey results/findings to senior management, including non-technical stakeholders.
• Analyze data to pinpoint irregularities.
• Strong problem-resolution talents with the capacity to structure the problem and administer analysis independently.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or associated field. MS is a plus

3-5 years of corporate exposure as a Data Analyst.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

• Deep analytical abilities and the capacity to discern the patterns within data.
• Problem-resolution and decision-making abilities to pinpoint irregularities and convey findings from varied / inconsistent data sets.

Technical Background

• Technical background with exposure in analytics, data science, database, or development.
• Robust SQL and either R or Python expertise
• Solid ML and data analysis abilities – capacity to apply appropriate techniques.

Communication skills.

• Experience collaborating with a range of stakeholders. Stakeholders can vary from front-line team members up to the C-Suite, and they encompass a variety of roles.
• Communication talents are essential to confirm that the client, Blend360 team, and any other stakeholders are synchronized.

Additional Information

The starting pay bracket for this role is $58- $62 per hour. Actual remuneration within the bracket will be dependent on several elements including but not limited to relevant experience, talents, certifications, training, and location. It is not common for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the bracket and determining elements for remuneration are considered for each individual circumstance.
