We are seeking a Data Analyst to develop and oversee insights and analytics solutions that transform data into useful information for our content and social media team. The ideal candidate will have a data and business analysis background. You should possess analytical skills and be an excellent communicator. If you also have a knack for business and problem-solving abilities, we would like to meet you. In essence, your contribution will help improve our business intelligence system to guide us in making more informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role within a digital or content agency.
  • The ability to manage large volumes of data, create insights through data analysis from various sources, both quantitative and qualitative, and communicate these insights effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and prompt response ability.
  • Adaptable and flexible with an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of digital metrics, Social Media and visualization tools (preferably Brandwatch, SocialBakers-Emplifi, Meta for business, creator studio, TikTok, Twitter Ads, Youtube Analytics, Google Data Studio)
  • Experience in social listening and analyzing social media campaign performances (creative assets, platforms, and social listening learnings)
  • Service-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Intermediate to advanced written English skills.
  • An interest in technology

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to provide the marketing team with insights from client’s social media accounts and social listening.
  • Create weekly/monthly/flash campaign reports using Data Studio, Google Slides, and Sheets.
  • Manage databases (download and data updating/cleaning)
  • Perform cross-analysis and generate learnings.
  • Categorize and label conversations and sentiments.
  • Communicate internally with other departments.
