Your Role as a Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide the team with valuable insights and recommendations. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather, analyze, and report data, developing customized solutions to enhance organizational decisions. Additionally, you will maintain the accuracy of data within the HRIS system and ancillary HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques to uncover trends and insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business questions and data requirements
  • Identify data quality issues and develop solutions to improve data integrity
  • Lead data collection, cleansing, and manipulation processes
  • Manage company organizational changes and operational changes within HR systems
  • Assist with payroll processing to ensure data accuracy
  • Support basic reporting and compilation requests

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in data analysis
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems – ADP experience is a plus
  • Experience analyzing large and complex datasets
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and graphs

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks independently
  • Self-motivated and forward-thinking
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite

Compensation: Base pay may vary based on skills, experience, job knowledge, and location. This position is eligible for a bonus. The pay range for this position is: $102,900—$125,900 USD.
