In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with our VP of Sales, President of Insurance, and the CEO's Office. Your main responsibility will be to bridge critical thinking with data analytics to enhance our operational processes. This includes developing, testing, and implementing key metrics that align with our strategic goals, helping Fairmatic scale its impact and efficiency.
Initial 10 Days: Immerse yourself in learning about our business model, our clients, and our operational dynamics. You’ll participate in strategic meetings and integrate with our team to understand the challenges we face.
Next 10 Days: Gain in-depth knowledge of our existing business metrics, manage these datasets, and take responsibility for their ongoing distribution and refinement.
Following 10 Days: Craft new dashboards and reporting mechanisms based on your initial insights and hypotheses, contributing actively to our data management practices.
For this position, a strong foundation in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is required. Applicants should either hold an undergraduate degree or be actively pursuing one (Junior or Senior year). Essential skills include:
