Your Role and Responsibilities

As an integral part of our Data and Analytics Team, you will take on the position of Data Analyst Intern. This role is not just about managing data; it's about pioneering solutions that enhance the way we operate. You will:

• Manage incoming ad hoc data requests and develop analyses using Python and SQL.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand and develop reporting requirements.
• Analyze large, complex data sets to solve problems and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with our Software, Data, and Mechanical Engineering teams to streamline data analysis processes.
• Employ software engineering best practices to develop scalable code suited for our enterprise Data Analytics application.
• Contribute to the development of next-generation features for our data platforms.

What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates will be in their Junior year of an undergraduate program focused on Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. You should have:

• Proficiency in Python and SQL with experience in visualization tools like Polars, Pandas, Standard SQL, or Plotly.
• Understanding of cloud data warehouses such as Big Query or Redshift, and the ability to use Python for cloud platform APIs is a plus.
• Practical experience with GitHub and contribution to codebases.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel. Knowledge of building custom data solutions, possibly with Streamlit or similar platforms, will be advantageous.

Compensation and Commitment

As a valued intern, you will earn between $22 to $26 per hour, gaining invaluable experience in a cutting-edge environment that is poised to change the industry.
