Responsibilities
The Data Analyst will:
- Engage in the comprehensive analysis of intricate datasets, extracting pertinent information, and discerning key trends, patterns, and insights that underpin data-driven decision-making at all organizational levels.
- Conduct predictive analysis for advanced annual budgeting, empowering the organization to make strategic financial decisions based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assimilate business requirements, orchestrating data pipelines, and developing scalable solutions for the acquisition, storage, and processing of data.
- Deliver individual productivity analysis to the entire workforce, facilitating critical decision-making processes and empowering performance optimization.
- Uphold a commitment to data quality, consistency, and integrity through meticulous data validation and cleansing procedures, ensuring the utmost reliability of analytical outputs.
- Leverage data visualization tools to craft insightful reports, interactive dashboards, and visually compelling representations through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that resonate with stakeholders, including high-level management and key customers.
- Reinforce and optimize existing data infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow, scalability, and uninterrupted operational efficiency.
- Architect and integrate data from various sources, optimizing data structures and ensuring data integrity. Utilize tools like SQL and Tableau Prep to clean and harmonize datasets, creating a cohesive and reliable data ecosystem.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, showcasing strong Excel skills.
- Fundamental knowledge of SQL, enabling the extraction and querying of data from databases to facilitate insightful analyses.
- System- and Business Intelligence (BI)-oriented mindset, with added expertise in Tableau Software and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Adeptness in utilizing tools to present data in visually compelling and engaging ways.
- Ability to perform in a multi-cultural, multi-linguistic operating environment.

Work Environment
This role is based at EURO DC Liege in a normal office environment. Incidental travel will form a part of this role (0 to 2 times per year). The multi-cultural environment offers global interactions.
Experience and Education
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Analyst position (with a strong analysis orientation).
- Experience working for an international organization is a plus.
Education:
- Master’s Degree (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Digital Business orientation).
