Position Overview

DEFTEC Corporation is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Space Training and Readiness Command Human Capital Directorate (S1). The S1 provides comprehensive personnel support for both Military and Civilian roles, manpower support, systems and program integration, and civilian pay oversight. STARCOM/S1 crafts human capital policies for the United States Space Force (USSF) and the United States Air Force to prepare STARCOM forces for operations in Contested, Degraded, and Operationally Limited (CDO) environments. This role involves analyzing business processes, pilot activities, and their outcomes (such as assignments, interservice transfers, accessions, separations and retirements, promotions, and performance appraisals) to support leadership decisions and enterprise policy creation and reporting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Actively participate and represent the S1 Directorate to facilitate and engage in the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) management process.
  • Engage within STARCOM, the Enterprise Talent Management Office (ETMO), HQ USAF, and HQ USSF to ensure appropriate manpower resources are programmed and received.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ Years of experience in Data Management supporting the POM process
  • 5+ Years of experience supporting USSF or USAF in Manpower support
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Active Top Secret Clearance
