Job Title: Data Analyst, Meta Content & Community Partnerships BP&O

About the Role: As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing business trends within our partner networks to identify growth opportunities and optimize audience development strategies. This position calls for a proactive problem-solver who is prepared to take initiative and drive results without direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain analytical frameworks to assess partner performance and growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on program metrics and progress, influencing strategic decision-making.
  • Create insightful case studies for both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
  • Support team objectives and account planning through clear target setting and partner segmentation models.
  • Engage various cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and effectiveness of data-driven strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, plus a minimum of five years' experience in data analytics or a related field. Essential skills include:

  1. Expertise in extracting actionable insights from large data sets.
  2. Proficiency in SQL database querying and advanced data visualization techniques.
  3. Experience in managing relationships with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  4. Strategic thinking capabilities regarding complex analytical challenges.
  5. Familiarity with various proprietary analytics tools, such as Daiquery, Scuba, Dataswarm, Unidash, and Partner Home.

Location and Compensation:

This role is positioned in our main offices, offering a competitive salary ranging from $214,464 to $223,043 per year. Additional rewards include bonuses, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. Note that individual pay rates will be determined based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
