Why We Need You

We're looking for a talented Data Analyst with a proven track record in managing extensive data sets to join our Data Strategy team. Your role will be crucial in leading essential data quality improvement initiatives that empower our users to plan better, hire smarter, and make faster decisions.

You will be responsible for diagnosing complex data issues, advising stakeholders on critical data-driven decisions, and uncovering insights within vast datasets to provide innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, customer success, data research, and product enablement teams to understand and solve data challenges.
• Improving Data Quality: Develop and implement methods to enhance data quality continuously.
• Enhancing Attribute Creation: Lead initiatives to create and improve data attributes.
• Providing Product Usage Insights: Analyze and deliver insights on product usage to inform decision-making.
• Supporting Data Acquisition: Evaluate new data sources to support data acquisition efforts.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience working with data
• Proficient in data analysis using Python or other programming languages
• Experience with NoSQL databases
• Highly skilled with spreadsheets like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong understanding of statistics
• Project Stewardship: Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for regular data health evaluations, addressing inquiries from researchers across various time zones
• Strong Presentation and Storytelling Ability: Illustrate problems from conception to resolution and communicate value effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Efficient Task Prioritization: Thrive in dynamic work settings, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Build rapport with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all organizational levels
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and develop an understanding of relevant technology, products, and markets
