Your Role:

As a Data Analyst at Peter Park, you will:

• Perform detailed analyses to assess sales effectiveness and efficiency, aiming for long-term and sustainable revenue growth.
• Develop and define KPIs in collaboration with the Revenue Operations Manager, regularly monitoring and optimizing them based on new insights.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve data-driven revenue enhancement strategies using modern analytical techniques and tools.
• Work closely with your team to devise concepts for trend analysis, monitoring, and anomaly detection for our key customers.
• Develop data models and algorithms to predict parking space usage, demand, and revenue.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand data requirements and harmonize data.
• Continuously seek further potential for efficiency improvements in collaboration with the Revenue Operations Manager.

Required Skills:

You should bring:

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Practical experience in data analysis, ideally in Business Intelligence or Data Science.
• Excellent SQL skills to perform data analyses independently.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, and ideally knowledge of Redshift or other Data Warehouse solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI.
• Proficiency in data mining techniques and their effective application.
• Analytics as your hallmark – we can rely on your expertise and reliability.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to comprehend and efficiently solve complex problems.
• A good understanding of processes that affect a company's revenue.
• The ability to derive appropriate actions from data, clearly communicate them, and provide recommendations.
• Team spirit and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• An entrepreneurial mindset to help us achieve our goals and a personal drive with a hands-on, structured, and analytical work approach.
• Excellent command of both German and English.

Work Setup:

Join our team in Munich for a 40-hour work week under a permanent contract. We offer a hybrid work model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. Our office boasts an Alpine panorama and facilities like a rooftop terrace for lunches and BBQs, plus regular team-building events.
