Role Overview: Data Analyst

Are you driven by data and complex problem-solving? As a Data Analyst at Hostinger, your role will be pivotal in steering strategic decisions and resolving intricate business inquiries. You’ll tackle diverse questions and delve deep into data affecting all areas of our operations, all with high standards for quality and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to decipher business challenges and unearth new opportunities through tailored analysis.
• Create and upkeep dashboards and reports, crafting visualizations and actionable insights for multidisciplinary teams (marketing, product, finance, customer success, human resources).
• Understand and fulfill the data needs of stakeholders, enhancing their decision-making processes.
• Use your SQL expertise to author ad hoc queries, providing visualizations and answering complex business questions.
• Evolve analytical methodologies to uplift the quality and efficiency of data-driven decisions and boost data literacy within the organization.
• Closely collaborate with other data specialists (Data engineers, analytics engineers) for efficient data analysis and project management.

What We Expect from You:

• Robust business acumen with a knack for turning complex data into strategic insights and actions.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and proficiency in data visualization tools (preferably Tableau).
• Innovative analytical thinking with a focus on results.
• Strong communication skills and a penchant for collaboration.
• A minimum of 2-3 years in roles such as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar positions. Experience in Data Science is a plus.
