The Team You'll Join

As part of the Rebate team, you will contribute to our industry-leading end-to-end automated pharmaceutical rebate solution. This crucial work enhances customer value and streamlines internal processes for greater scalability and optimized rebate efficiency. You will collaborate across departments to address significant challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Your Skills and Experience

• 1-3 years of analytical and technical experience in a PBM or Healthcare environment (Rebate experience is a PLUS)
• Experience with data gathering, transformation, and automation
• Technical expertise in relational databases (SQL Server, Snowflake/AWS)
• Proven ability to translate data into clear and meaningful reports/insights (ad-hoc & standardized)
• Regular reporting experience

Additional Skills

• Strong communication skills for complex concepts (written and spoken)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Highly organized, self-starter, problem solver, with remote work experience
• A desire to learn PBM Reporting, Advanced Querying, Creating Algorithms, Health Care Econometrics, Underwriting, Contracting, Rebate Submissions, Rebate Allocations/Finance
