We’re committed to innovation in financial product development, optimizing acquisition channels, and refining marketing strategies to attract high-quality, intent-driven members.

About the Role: Data Analyst (Remote!)

We’re seeking a Data Analyst dedicated to our fintech team, focusing on card product acquisitions and customer engagement. Dive deep into complex datasets to uncover insights into financial transactions and customer behaviors. Your analysis will answer strategic business questions and enhance our acquisition strategies. You’ll ensure data integrity, conduct thorough investigations, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive impactful business decisions.

Main Responsibilities

• Data-Driven Culture: Generate actionable insights from elaborate datasets to guide product strategy and improve outcomes.
• Investigate Trends & Anomalies: Use your analytical skills to identify and explore trends and data anomalies to optimize our card product performance.
• Data Management: Organize and manage raw data effectively to support your team and stakeholders.
• Business Awareness: Understand and interpret how data insights impact business outcomes and influence customer relationships.

Preferred Experience

• Proficiency with data tools like DBT, Amplitude, Snowflake, Looker, and Git.
• Ability to independently work with stakeholders to develop data models that provide deep business insights.
• Advanced degree in Analytics, Data Science, or a related field, with a solid foundation in STEM.
