Your Role at impact.com

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to develop a robust data analytics capability that fulfills Impact's increasing demand for insights and data products. This role will be pivotal in facilitating data-driven decision-making across our organization.

As a data analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting datasets to uncover patterns and trends, generate insights, and provide data-driven recommendations for business decisions. You should possess a solid technical foundation in data analysis, statistics, data product development, and business reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate business inquiries into data problems.
  • Work with analytics engineers to scope and develop data products that deliver insights and drive business optimization.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
  • Develop and implement advanced statistical models and algorithms to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports that provide clear and actionable insights.
  • Design and implement predictive models to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Python and SQL coding.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and data visualization.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and integrated technologies is preferred.
  • Experience with DataBricks, PySpark, and BigQuery is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with machine learning libraries.
  • Proficient with statistical modeling and forecasting methodologies.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SSRS/SSAS, Looker, or QlikView.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
