  • Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing (at least B2 level)

What we offer:

  • Work in a multidisciplinary team you can always count on — you’ll work closely with both UX Researchers and Data Analysts
  • A hybrid work model that you will agree on with your leader and the team. We have conveniently located offices (with fully equipped kitchens and bike storage facilities) as well as high-quality work tools (height-adjustable desks, interactive conference rooms)
  • Annual bonus (based on your annual evaluation and the company's performance)
  • A wide selection of benefits within a cafeteria plan – you pick what suits you (e.g. medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, shopping vouchers)
  • English classes specific to your job that we cover
  • Laptop with an M1 processor, 32GB RAM, SSD - a 16” or 14” MacBook Pro or a comparable Dell with Windows (if you don’t prefer Macs), two monitors and all other necessary gadgets
  • High degree of autonomy in organizing your team’s work; we encourage continuous development and innovation
  • Hackathons, team outings, training budget and an internal educational platform, MindUp (including training courses on work organization, communication methods, work motivation and various technologies)

Your primary responsibilities:

  • You will analyze large datasets using SQL (BigQuery) to understand customer behaviors and improve user experience on the platform

  • You will help develop Allegro’s experience metrics framework
  • To extract the most meaningful insights, you will combine survey data with big data

Why it's worth working with us:

  • Big Data is a reality for us (several petabytes of data)

  • We have a real impact on the shape of Allegro - our team’s analyses are key to making product and business decisions
  • Our work requires us to continuously acquire new skills and develop, which means we consistently learn about new technologies ;)
