The Role:

We are on the lookout for a proactive Data Analyst eager to collaborate with clients to influence both business and data strategies. If you possess a highly analytical mindset and thrive on applying quantitative analysis to real-world business challenges using techniques such as data mining, predictive modeling, business forecasting, applied statistics, and more, we want you. You should be comfortable presenting your findings and strategies to stakeholders across various departments, including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Finance, to implement a data-driven business approach.

What You’ll Bring:

• Capability to adjust client expectations amidst challenges such as delays or changes in scope.
• Independence in acquiring the necessary knowledge to tackle tasks efficiently.
• Insight to match technical solutions with specific business requirements.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring peers and newcomers on best practices in the industry.
• Aptitude to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate their overarching statuses effectively.
• Interest in participating in technical design and providing expert guidance on systems, schemas, or pipelines.

We Are Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience in applied analytics across sales, finance, marketing, product, or engineering sectors.
• Strong proficiency in SQL; knowledge of NoSQL is advantageous.
• Experience in evaluating and managing a client's data portfolio, utilizing data tools, and applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying analytics solutions.
• Skills in one or more programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab, or SPSS tailored for statistics, data analysis, and machine learning.
• Proven ability to design and deliver innovative data solutions from discovery through to implementation.
• Experience managing a comprehensive data ecosystem including ETL, data governance, reporting, and insights generation.
