The after-sales sector is part of this revolution and is overhauling its entire digital ecosystem to be at the best market standard; it aims to cover all new distribution schemes with the best level of efficiency. To meet this challenge, the Cross-Programmes Department is in charge of overhauling all the digital tools of this scope, based on the best market standards. You will work on the BPA project, the Big Data of the Parts and Accessories Logistics Department. This project is part of a global transformation programme conducted Agile at scale (SAFE). By joining these teams, you will be at the heart of Renault's digital transformation.

Your tasks

You will intervene in the evolution of this ecosystem allowing to implement data analysis solutions and Big Data management for after-sales logistics (France, Europe then World) in connection with the implementation of the DLPA's Mid Term Plan transformation plan (Parts & Accessories Logistics Department of the Renault Group) and in line with company referentials. You will actively contribute to: Develop and evolve the solution, integrating the latest directions (GCP migrations, integration with Looker Pro, open to data visualization and AI solutions). Ensure and enhance operational quality on a daily basis. You will have autonomy in the organization of your work, while benefiting from the support of the team. The position is based in Plessis Robinson (92), on a permanent contract, with very frequent trips to the Renault Technocentre in Guyancourt (78). You will have the option to choose 2 to 3 days of teleworking. Mission objectives Within the "Digital Transformation After-Sales Logistics" domain, you will implement your skills and can develop your experience as a Data Engineer on Cloud Computing technologies, especially Google Cloud, while implementing your knowledge of different architectures around web and cloud solutions, to evolve towards a role of Technical Leader and guide for the Agile team. You will ensure the technical mastery of the solution development, in achieving the transformation objectives and support the business change with the implementation of their governance. You will develop the BPA Datalake tools and its environment, providing a structurally robust and sustainable data base. You will arbitrate, in coordination with your manager, the technical solutions of innovation projects related to data, to integrate them into the Renault context. You will implement Agile best practices in a digital transformation program composed of 6 products. Your profile You are passionate about technologies, development and data management, curious and dynamic. You enjoy change and environments that constantly evolve at a high pace. You have at least one successful experience in a technical field of IS/IT, you graduated from a computer school (BAC+5) or a specialized Master. You have good technical skills in the field of development: Understanding of your Agile role as a Developer and ability to help write quality requirements Good understanding of Cloud architecture and Cloud solutions such as GCP Ability to write complex algorithms by applying the concepts of the development language or a software package and the associated frameworks Ability to define a new API and its configuration Ability to work on event-driven architectures Ability to monitor the performance of an application and implement performance improvement solutions Ability to conduct a code review and use code audit tools to produce maintainable and quality code Mastery of software configuration management concepts Analytical skills and a strong problem-solving ability Knowledge of main software architectures Knowledge and practice of DevOps concepts Mastery of the project quality strategy. Knowledge of best practices for securing an application Mastery of the Agile method and associated tools such as Jira and Confluence Mastery of incident management tools and processes, and incident resolution approaches You possess the following personal skills: Ability to work in a complex technical environment "DOER", dynamism, autonomy, proactivity, strength of proposal Pedagogy and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a multicultural context with development teams distributed internationally Synthesis and reporting activity abilities Business orientation Lastly, your English level is an advantage to evolve in a multicultural and international context within the Renault Group.
