Join our team as a Data Management Lead, Vice President within the CCB Data Use and Access Team at JPMorgan Chase & Co., a leading financial services firm dedicated to helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals. This role is pivotal in managing and governing the access to data across our sophisticated platforms within the Data and Analytics sector.

Core Responsibilities:

As part of our CCB Data Management and Governance organization, you will:

  • Efficiently manage Access Business Rules and Recertifications.
  • Ensure professional and timely communications with internal business and technical partners.
  • Maintain diligent record-keeping and manage metrics and various reports accurately and punctually.
  • Partner with other Data Management teams and technology sectors in monitoring programs for compliance with data governance and security policies.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to manage user communications and access changes.
  • Continually update and refine documentation and track program efficiencies.
  • Publish management reports and assist in the review of access-related materials.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • The ability to multitask and deliver within tight deadlines.
  • Robust interpersonal skills, capable of working with individuals across all levels and functions.
  • A collaborative spirit suited for a matrixed work environment.
  • A proactive approach to building strong partnerships and a quick learning curve.
