Drive the Data Management Strategy

As a Data Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Instilling a data-driven corporate culture.
• Collaborating with data business owners and IT to animate governance, ensuring efficient and effective data utilization.
• Defining and implementing a global AMC strategy to manage both structured and unstructured data across the company.
• Facilitating data access for various departments and services within the company.
• Developing and submitting CAPEX requests in collaboration with the operational department.
• Validating IT development before production and ensuring ROI is achieved for each service.

Information Transformation

Drive transformation by:

• Collecting reliable, consistent, and actionable data both internally and externally.
• Developing target processes and specifications in collaboration with business owners for the IT department.
• Analyzing operational data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions for efficiency improvements.
• Inventorying existing reports to identify and standardize best practices.
• Presenting Power BI reports to meet business needs.
• Implementing continuous improvement on reports.

Integrate AI and Technological Projects

Leverage the latest in data technologies and propose solutions for:

• Improving the company's efficiency and automating processes.
• Creating new business opportunities.
• Keeping up with technological developments in data.
• Managing data-driven and AI projects to enhance process efficiency, automate tasks, solve complex problems, and optimize forecasts.

Work in Collaboration

Promote synergy through:

• Training the AMC team on data management and report usage.
• Supporting change management actively.
• Communicating projects and achievements to internal teams.
• Leading project teams effectively.
• Coordinating initiatives of data business owners and collaborating closely with data professionals and IT departments.

Ensure Security and Compliance

Maintain stringent data security and regulatory compliance by:

• Auditing data security processes.
• Ensuring data use complies with regulations, including GDPR.

Skills Required

Ideal candidates should possess:

• In-depth knowledge of company functions and strategy.
• Mastery of data science and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to structure and standardize data.
• Strong project management skills.

Reporting Line

This position reports directly to the CDO.
