Compensation: $67,600 - $73,300

SEO Scholars is an empowering initiative for motivated, low-income public high school students, providing a rigorous supplemental academic curriculum, college admissions guidance, and leadership development, to ensure success in competitive college environments.
As a Data Manager under the Research & Evaluation (R&E) team at SEO Scholars, you will spearhead projects and streamline processes across multiple teams nationwide. You’ll ensure the precision and efficiency of data collection and management within our scholars’ programs, contributing to database design and integrating systems like Salesforce. This role demands a proactive leader skilled in coordinating with IT and other key stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights and solutions that drive our organizational goals.
Engage in cross-functional collaborations and handle varied seasonal projects. Perform any other duties as necessary.
Prospective candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and have 2-3 years of relevant experience in database management, preferably with Salesforce. Expertise in data visualization tools and SQL queries is essential, with a preference for familiarity with Python or R.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate superb organizational and communication skills, an ability to manage multiple projects seamlessly, and a commitment to SEO's mission and inclusive values.
