About the Role

As a Data Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and safeguarding the integrity of clinical trial data. This position involves:

• Leading the development and implementation of data management plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Ensuring the meticulous collection, validation, and cleaning of clinical trial data in line with regulatory standards and sponsor specifications.

• Conducting thorough data quality checks and swiftly resolving data discrepancies.

• Accurately managing data entries and maintaining databases to support ongoing clinical research.

• Assisting in the creation of study protocols, case report forms, and other essential data collection methodologies.

• Producing detailed reports and performing data analysis to aid in strategic decision-making processes.

• Upholding the highest standards of Good Clinical Data Management Practices (GCDMP) and complying with relevant regulatory guidelines.

What You Will Bring

To qualify for this essential role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of five years’ experience in clinical data management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

• In-depth knowledge of data management principles, best practices, and regulations, including GCP and ICH guidelines.

• Proficiency with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and other data management software.

• Strong communicative and collaborative skills, capable of effective performance in a remote team environment.

• A detail-oriented mindset, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality in data handling.
