Exciting Opportunity: Data Operations & Systems Analyst at Contentful

The Data Operations & Systems Analyst will champion the Sales & Partner teams, becoming their advocate, administrator, and subject matter expert on the Sales & Partner Tech Stack. Working closely with the Contentful Business Systems team, this role involves managing and maintaining the business tools critical for our field team. The Sales Systems Analyst will ensure data operations and hygiene for accurate reporting and assist with strategic Tech Stack planning to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative aspects of the Sales & Partner tech stack.
• Assist with day-to-day data hygiene tasks across field systems.
• Support vendor renewal, user and use case expansion, and procurement processes.
• Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams, including Operations, Enablement, and Marketing, to improve tool integration and use case applications.
• Analyze and optimize current system-driven processes for growth and efficiency, such as enablement delivery and predictive modeling of machine learning across the tech stack.
• Contribute to project management initiatives across the team.
• Develop project plans to enhance software systems, improve business efficiency, and manage new product implementations.
• Perform in-depth analyses and provide insights into key business metrics.

Qualifications for Success

• 3+ years of professional experience (SaaS preferred).
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adaptable, versatile, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in data analysis (Excel is a must).
• Experience in data visualization (Tableau preferred).
• CRM experience (SFDC preferred).
• Procurement and vendor management experience (a plus).
• Experience in process mapping and flow charts (Miro preferred).
• Project management experience (preferred).

Colorado Salary Statement

The offered salary for those residing in Colorado ranges from $88,000 to $92,500 and is based on internal equity, market data, skills, and experience. Additionally, this position is eligible for equity awards in accordance with Contentful’s terms.
