About the Role
The Qualtrics GTM Territory & Insights team is seeking a Data Operations Analyst to join our new CDMX team. This role is pivotal in maintaining an exceptional level of data quality within our global go-to-market data sources, facilitating revenue operations, and providing valuable insights to our field teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance data operations, data quality, and standard reporting across global go-to-market systems and pipelines.
- Create queries, views, and reports; manage operational mappings and logic; and execute regular data maintenance and governance processes.
- Respond to analysis, updates, and support requests from field teams.
- Proactively monitor, identify, and resolve data quality issues through audits and root cause analysis.
- Own a specific area of go-to-market data operations, managing projects from start to finish with high quality and impact.

- Strong technical, analytical, and data-oriented skills with a great eye for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to understand and apply complex rules effectively, and communicate with global stakeholders.
- Proactive and quick learner, able to understand expected outcomes and work towards them independently.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2-7 years of experience in SQL, Excel, and visual reporting tools such as Tableau.
- Experience with sales operations, CRM systems (e.g., salesforce.com or SAP C4C), or sales planning processes is a plus.
- Ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced growth environment and communicate effectively to a global audience.
- Degree from a top-tier university with a quantitative or systems focus (e.g., information systems, computer science, STEM, business analytics, finance, data science).
