What You'll Do

  • Deliver best-in-class experiences and capabilities that delight customers and excel in the market
  • Understand customer needs to set priorities and inspire the broader team
  • Build the product roadmap, define use cases, and make tradeoff decisions
  • Identify new products and features on behalf of customers
  • Lead 1-2 scrum teams to align on mission and deliver results iteratively
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to measure results, inform your roadmap, and achieve adoption and financial success
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Business Leaders to drive scalable data solutions
  • Engage in technical discussions with engineers to define product strategy and impact the direction of products and the business
  • Present effectively to high-level stakeholders, set clear priorities and direction, and build bridges across groups
  • Own the product end-to-end by developing business models, defining and analyzing success metrics, and managing strategic projects

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a modern, data-driven environment or 5+ years of combined experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, and Product Management
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields; an advanced degree is a plus
  • Understanding of how features interface with overall product vision
  • A learning mindset to develop hypotheses that are tested and iterated
  • Experience in building self-service products from scratch, specifically for internal analytical and ML use cases is a plus
  • Preferred experience working with GenAI tools such as chatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot
  • Strong foundational knowledge of machine learning (ML) algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and AI Model Evaluation
  • Knowledge of AI development tools, such as popular ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch), NLP tools, and cloud platforms
  • Ability to build solutions that work across multiple lines of business
  • Hands-on experience with big data frameworks and modern data technologies (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Tableau, SQL)
  • Data-driven approach to everything you do, from understanding customers to roadmap prioritization and measuring success
  • Ability to work in an agile fashion with your teams; going broad to go narrow; build, test, iterate
  • Ability to manage various initiatives in parallel, in different stages of maturity and velocity

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $120,000.00. Actual pay rates will vary based on your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency. Base pay is just one component of WEX's total compensation package, which
