Job Responsibilities

As a Data Science Manager, you will:

• Analyze complex data sets to uncover business insights that address core issues and promote strategic initiatives.
• Utilize advanced analytics models, AI/ML techniques, and data visualization tools to provide powerful business solutions.
• Leverage your expertise in contact center operations and CCaaS platforms like NiceCX, Genesys, and Cisco to improve client service metrics and customer experiences.
• Develop predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques to enhance operations and performance in contact centers.
• Guide and mentor teams, ensuring high-quality data management practices and data-driven decision-making processes.

Preferred Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Over 8 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, particularly in the CCaaS domain.
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, ML algorithms, and analytics techniques.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and QuickSight.
• Strong familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, and strategic insights.

Key Technical Skills

Must-have:

• Experience with real-time data processing and familiarity with conversational AI systems.
• In-depth knowledge of CCaaS platform functionalities and integration capabilities.
• Expertise in data management, data privacy, and governance practices.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with programming languages such as Python, PySpark, R, and SQL.
• Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks like Hadoop and Spark.
• Awareness of data security, encryption techniques, and compliance regulations.
