Job Description

We are currently offering internship opportunities to master students in related fields.

During the 6-month internship, you will be given a specific data science project and will closely cooperate with our live game teams and UA team. Together with the team's data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers, you can delve deeply into our in-game player data, prototype, and deploy machine learning models to boost game revenue.

From the very start of your journey with us, you will be required to:

• Mine large data sets at a fast-paced mobile game company and convert them into understandable and actionable insights
• Perform extensive feature engineering from the enormous data in our data warehouse
• Prototype various ML models that improve our baselines
• Help contribute to our internal tracking, prediction pipeline, and monitoring solutions

Qualifications

Essential:

• Year off internship or final year of a Master’s degree in a quantitative field (computer science, applied mathematics, or data science) with robust IT skills
• Proficient in Python (especially pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn, etc.)
• Proficient in SQL
• Familiar with Machine Learning algorithms and their practical implementation
• Independent and team player, detail-oriented
• Good English communication skills (French not mandatory)
• Passionate about video games and their economic aspect

Desirable:

• Kaggle experience
• Experience playing our mobile games or willingness to do so
• Curiosity and eagerness to try new things
