Key Responsibilities:

• Business Understanding and Impact: Utilize data science knowledge to enhance project objectives, considering various technical and business factors.
• Data Preparation and Understanding: Manage data acquisition, utilize advanced querying, and collaborate on data integrity and privacy aligning with Microsoft's standards.
• Modeling and Statistical Analysis: Apply machine learning techniques, design experiments, and partner with data engineering teams to integrate operational models.
• Industry and Research Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, contribute to intellectual property and participate actively in internal research efforts.
• Coding and Debugging: Write efficient code and develop skills in debugging, focusing on integration with customer systems and optimizing performance.
• Customer/Partner Orientation: Focus on delivering exceptional solutions tailored to customer needs and enhancing overall data quality impact.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 4 years as a Data Scientist with hands-on involvement in projects related to Computer Vision, LLMs, Audio/Voice data processing, and Reinforcement Learning.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, supplemented by significant data-science experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and familiarity with cloud environments, MLOps, and AI deployment frameworks like LangChain and Semantic Kernel.
