About the Role:
As an expert in advanced analytics, you thrive on transforming data into meaningful insights and pioneering creative data science solutions. You possess adept skills in crafting analytical models and developing interactive visualizations. We are looking for a proactive self-starter who can adeptly navigate through ambiguities, analyze complex data sets, and construct sophisticated analytical workflows. Your efforts will directly enhance our business strategies.

Key Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in modeling and decision optimization through constraint programming, mixed integer programming, and leveraging data science and machine learning techniques.
• In-depth familiarity with data integrity and wrangling.
• Enthusiasm for solving intricate problems, uncovering hidden patterns, data visualization, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Python and understanding of relational database technologies such as Snowflake, MySQL; familiarity with user interfaces like Streamlit, Tableau.
• Experience with virtualization tools like Docker, Kubernetes.
• Ability to simplify complex AI concepts into business terms, deliver compelling narratives and present analyses effectively to stakeholders.
• High curiosity, exceptional analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional business environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and drive data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated leadership and capability to influence outcomes without direct authority.

Description:

• Develop bespoke models, algorithms, and visual tools to generate insightful Supply Chain analytics.
• Analyze diverse data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for innovation through feature engineering.
• Engage closely with business users to tailor data science applications that meet strategic needs.
• Effectively communicate your findings in non-technical terms to leadership to support business decision-making.

Education & Experience:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Preferably, a Master’s or advanced degree in Data Science or Operations Research.
