About the Role:
We're in the process of hiring our inaugural EMEA Customer Data Scientist, who will work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams, supporting our clients throughout their experimentation process. A technical role, with the primary task of influencing how our customers perceive experimentation and assisting them in using our platform effectively for long-term technical success.
The ideal candidate can think strategically and invest time into developing reusable tools and best practices available to all customers.
Responsibilities for Data Scientist, Customer Experimentation include:
- Responsibility for all post-sales activities related to the onboarding, training, and implementation of the Eppo platform for new and existing customers
- Establishing as a trusted advisor to technical stakeholders, helping solve their experimentation difficulties
- Acting as the first contact for high-priority customer issues or questions regarding Eppo’s technical architecture and usage
- Offering customers best practices for integrations, developing playbooks for use cases, and identifying key onboarding and adoption patterns for quicker value
- Regularly providing customer feedback to the product team
Skills required:
- 4+ years of experience as a data scientist, solutions engineer, or solutions consultant
- Proficiency in SQL and analytic engineering
- Foundational understanding of statistics and experimentation
- Experience in managing relationships with technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage and direct technical customer request
- Desired: Experience running many online experiments or previous work on an experimentation platform.
