● Assume responsibility for Data Science solutions for client requests and give initial recommendations for complex client-related problems.
● Aid internal and external clients in comprehending Data Science designs and methodologies.
● Attend meetings with senior leaders and clients to grasp business needs and propose innovative solutions.
● Develop new solutions, use cases, proofs of concept, and prototypes by examining diverse data sets using tools like python/r.
● Understand Nielsen products and services to propose new solutions to client challenges.
● Collaborate with other units of the Data Science team.
● Automate and develop solutions for existing processes.
● Innovate and construct unique solutions by utilizing large and diverse data sets and cutting-edge technologies.
Professionals holding degrees in Maths, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields involving statistics.
0-3 years of experience in market research or relevant fields.
Passionate about innovation and technology.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-experts.
Intellectual curiosity and persistence in finding answers to questions.
Eagerness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving technologies and tools.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Good team working skills and interpersonal communication at all levels.
Working familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Spotfire, Tableau, etc) and mapping tools.
Working familiarity with collaborative tools such as Google Suite(Googlesite, Google Data Studio), Atlassian, Git, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
Familiarity with Machine Learning.
Understanding of marketing analytics, including designing experiments and analyzing consumer behavior.
