Merkle joined the Dentsu Aegis Network in 2016. Job Description As a senior-level analytics leader, you’ll contribute to the alignment of the Data Strategy Vision and provide mentorship to the team. Your responsibilities will also include building client relationships, delivering relevant insights to clients from user-level behavioral data, and identifying opportunities for growth from data analysis and client context. Part of your role will involve orchestrating analysis efforts to offshore resources and guiding the choice of analytical approaches. You would also be required to travel for in-person meetings or collaborations occasionally. Responsibilities Your responsibilities would include creating client growth by identifying data-focused solutions, leading analytics and measurement for Strategic accounts, and developing measurement plans. You would ensure programs' effectiveness by translating unclear learning goals into clear executable data analysis. Presenting findings to clients and applying statistical concepts to analyze and predict user behaviors would also be part of your duties. Qualifications Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in analytics roles delivering reporting, data-driven insights, predictive modeling, and recommendations to internal or external clients. Other prerequisites are a Master's degree (preferred) or a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and experience with cloud-based big data platforms. Familiarity with statistical concepts, Power BI or other visualization tools, and experience in risk identification/mitigation are also desirable. Additional Information The anticipated salary range for this position is $136,000-$219,650. Salary is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
