Role Overview

As part of the Customer Service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and impactful customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exemplary digital support and resolving client issues using the NIQ Customer Service Online platform.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Service Lead, Product Leaders, and Customer Success team to communicate product enhancements and updates effectively.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of local knowledge bases and handling stakeholder communications regarding new product deliveries and updates.
  • Gaining proficiency in NIQ's proprietary data mining platforms and tools like Microsoft Dynamics to better serve our clients.
  • Engaging in improvement projects aimed at streamlining processes and maintaining the highest data standards recognized globally.

Who You Are

Your curiosity about market dynamics, strong organizational skills, and capability to manage deadlines effectively make you a perfect fit. Ideal candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any field, with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with an interest in storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in Business English. Knowledge of an additional Asian language is beneficial.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
  • A proactive and client-centric approach with openness to change and integrity.
