About the Project

Over 0.5 million customers actively use Santander Consumer Bank's electronic banking services. Due to the dynamic growth in this area, a comprehensive mobile application overhaul project has been initiated. This project involves developing a new approach to collecting electronic banking data, technically implementing selected solutions/tools, and preparing new managerial reports to aid significant business decisions.

Methodology: Scrum

Project Environment: Collaboration with internal bank teams and multiple external suppliers

Responsibilities

• Manage data collection and storage in the electronic banking sector
• Design data structures
• Prepare visual reports using PowerBI
• Manage SQL data and large datasets
• Support data quality initiatives
• Collaborate with agile teams to implement new data sources
• Develop tools for data analysis and reporting
• Analyze electronic banking data
• Automate reporting processes
• Create presentations based on collected data
• Collaborate with other bank units on data analysis
• Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, requirements, and opportunities
• Actively share knowledge and competencies within the bank around best data management practices

Requirements

• Secondary or higher education (fields like mathematics, statistics, engineering, or data analysis preferred)
• Proficiency in mobile analytics tools such as PiwikPRO, Glassbox, Contentsquare
• Expertise in SQL
• Ability to work with large datasets
• Knowledge of business reporting and analysis tools, especially PowerBI
• Analytical thinking skills
• Ability to create dashboards and presentations
• Communicative English language skills
• Native proficiency in Polish
