Your Future Role: FAIR Data Manager and Digital Upskilling Coordinator

We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to join our newly established FAIR Data Management team. As a FAIR Data Manager and Digital Upskilling Coordinator, you will drive digital upskilling within our Science and Research organization, foster a FAIR culture, build a FAIR community, and develop and implement FAIR metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a FAIR culture within Science & Research.
• Build and maintain a FAIR and Good Data Management Community.
• Set up and lead Data Stewardship Networks.
• Develop and implement a FAIR Digital Upskilling Framework and support training programs.
• Design and implement FAIR metrics to measure the impact of the FAIR data transformation.
• Develop and implement a FAIR Communication Strategy within and beyond Science and Research.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of the overall Data Management Strategy.
• Provide project management support, organizing and leading workshops, FAIR events, and coaching sessions.
• Connect with external organizations and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in FAIR and digital upskilling.

• A competitive base salary ranging from €76,594 to €109,420 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and additional benefits such as 25 holiday days, a bonus option, and more holidays via a 6% my choice budget.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Change Management, Leadership, Data Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in change management and digital upskilling or related field.
• Strong understanding of FAIR principles in data management.
• Experience in the development and delivery of training programs is advantageous.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all organization levels.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
