About the Role

Salesforce is seeking an Analyst to join our APAC Analytics and Web Experience Team. This individual will support the APAC Marketing team in optimizing their campaigns through actionable data insights. The role involves enhancing both online and offline campaigns by creating self-service tools and providing enablement, ensuring the team grasps and utilizes the numbers effectively. A solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape and full marketing funnel is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to provide insights for marketing campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions, including ad-hoc reports and self-service dashboards.
  • Design and develop user-friendly dashboards using Tableau or Looker Studio, integrating multiple data sources as needed.
  • Present complex data in a clear, actionable manner to audiences with varying data literacy levels.
  • Automate and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and trends.
  • Educate marketers to enable self-service and understand different marketing metrics.
  • Partner with the web experience team to design and evaluate digital experiments (A/B tests) based on user behaviors and UX research.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create targets and forecasts for key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable insights to support business initiatives and solve complex problems.
  • Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to analyze complex datasets.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery/Snowflake) and working knowledge of Google Analytics clickstream data. Experience with GA4 and Python is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio.
  • Commercial acumen, particularly in SaaS B2B Sales and Marketing data.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing, familiar with best measurement practices.
  • Data cleaning and preparation using tools like Tableau Prep.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud) is advantageous.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
