About the Role

Join our global analytics team at Riskified! As a Fraud Data Analyst, you will work directly with enterprise customers and be vital to their performance and online fraud prevention in real-time. You will play a key role in researching emerging online fraud trends in a dynamic setting, standing at the forefront of Riskified’s operations. Leverage your analytical skills and product knowledge to deliver meaningful insights to merchants.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct in-depth data research and exploration using advanced analytical tools in a high-tech environment
• Effectively communicate analytical insights and complex methodologies to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with diverse teams within Riskified to optimize processes and address customer needs
• Engage with account managers and interface directly with clients to provide analytical insights addressing business inquiries
• Define and execute technical solutions for fraud-prevention challenges
• Master the online fraud prevention domain through hands-on analysis of live data

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a data analyst
• Experience in fraud analytics - a must
• Exceptional presentation skills with a proven ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences, including C-level executives and clients
• Proven expertise in complex SQL queries and analysis tools such as R and Python
• Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing complex data
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead various projects simultaneously
• Fluent in both written and verbal English communication
