Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead DevOps Engineer focusing on GenAI Infrastructure, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Architecting and maintaining scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure specifically designed for GenAI applications.
- Managing the operational aspects of production systems to ensure reliability and uptime.
- Advocating for infrastructure as code (IaC), automation, and orchestration to enhance deployment and operational efficiency.
- Driving continuous improvement in system monitoring, disaster recovery, and security compliance.
- Leading incident response efforts and conducting thorough post-mortem analyses to prevent future issues.
- Collaborating with software engineering teams to embed DevOps best practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Mentoring DevOps team members and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in DevOps, systems administration, or similar roles, with a significant track record in cloud-based environments.
- Expertise in managing cloud infrastructure services like AWS, Azure, GCP, and familiar with cloud networking architectures.
- Proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible and CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI.
- A strong command of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS).
- Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and implementing observability in complex environments.
- Skilled in scripting languages like Python, Bash for automation of routine tasks.
