About the Role

Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive product innovation and improve user experiences? ResMed is looking for a dynamic Group Product Manager for our Product Analytics team. This pivotal role guides product development, enhances user satisfaction, and drives business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard skilled analysts and data scientists.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, professional development, and training.
• Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and provide feedback.
• Define clear OKRs that align with business and product strategy.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Allocate resources effectively and oversee planning and execution of analytics projects.
• Implement agile practices to improve efficiency and establish short feedback cycles.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product data strategy.
• Ensure data quality and integrity.
• Adhere to data privacy laws and security standards.
• Lead complex analyses, including predictive modeling and machine learning.
• Deliver insights that inform product development and business decisions.
• Explore new analytical techniques and tools.
• Guide the design and execution of A/B tests, interpret results accurately, and provide recommendations.
• Oversee the development of dashboards and regular reports.
• Translate complex findings for non-technical stakeholders and present high-level summaries.
• Integrate data insights into the product lifecycle.
• Align data requirements with engineering.
• Combine qualitative and quantitative data for comprehensive user understanding.
• Manage the selection and implementation of analytics tools.
• Continuously improve analytical processes, promote automation, and enable user self-service.

About You

Leadership and Management

Experience in Product Management and agile product development practices. Able to lead and mentor teams, set goals, and provide feedback—ideally experienced in building and leading product analytics teams.

Technical Proficiency

Proficient in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools. Understanding of statistical methods and experiment design. Skilled in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI. Experienced with data warehousing, ETL processes, and big data technologies.

Business Acumen and Strategy

Experience in developing and communicating a clear product analytics vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives. Deep understanding of the product and user base. Knowledge of competitive landscape and industry trends in analytics. Familiar with data privacy laws and regulations.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

Strong skills in translating and presenting complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with diverse teams across product management, engineering, and business functions. Capable of negotiating priorities and influencing decisions.

Decision Making and Problem Solving

Strong problem-solving skills. Use data to inform decisions. Ensure accuracy in analysis and reporting.

Continuous Learning

Commitment to ongoing learning and development. Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
