We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Data to elevate our data practices and play a pivotal role in developing our AI and data-driven future. This role involves collaborating with various teams in delivering valuable insights and data products for our expanding customer base globally. The ideal candidate should have a deep technical understanding and be capable of executing initiatives rapidly, ensuring our growth and strategic objectives align with our data and AI capabilities. As the Head of Data, you'll be responsible for: 1. Strategy and Leadership: Develop and communicate the data and AI strategy aligned with our goals, inspire and mentor our team, including data scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers, and data analysts. 2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on data utilization, and ensure robust relationships with key stakeholders. 3. Cutting-Edge Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI Leadership: Lead our pioneering team in machine learning models, predictive analytics, and data-driven solutions while adopting state-of-the-art AI practices. 4. Data Engineering and Productionisation: Manage a development team responsible for making data and AI capabilities operationally ready. 5. Data Governance and Stewardship: Ensure the use of data adheres to regulations. 6. Data and AI Product Development: Drive the development of data products and collaborate with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into our offerings. 7. Fast-Paced Execution: Achieve ambitious goals by rolling out initiatives rapidly. Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience include proven leadership experience in data and AI, technical understanding of data science and machine learning, and effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills. It's a bonus if you're proficient in Python scripting and have relevant qualifications in Data Science or similar.
