The Role: HR Manager

Arine seeks an HR Manager who excels in coaching managers and employees, benefits management, HR policy, compliance, and engagement to support our rapidly growing company. Reporting to the Head of People, the ideal candidate will drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable HR procedures and programs while promoting employee engagement, organizational stability, and growth/retention. Preferred candidates will have experience in healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and support key leaders, managers, and employees in managing, building, and growing their teams.
  • Maintain and evolve HR procedures, policies, and best practices for a hypergrowth organization.
  • Assist with compensation benchmarking and analysis.
  • Drive onboarding processes ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Lead programs such as annual performance reviews, internal mobility, and career planning.
  • Identify and resolve people-related issues.
  • Conduct employee survey programs.
  • Promote cross-functional cohesiveness among employees.
  • Use data to support HR recommendations.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in early-stage companies and navigating ambiguity.
  • Strong HR compliance knowledge.
  • 5-10 years in an HR role directly interacting with employees.
  • Experience with Greenhouse and ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
  • Proven record of designing effective annual cycle programs.
  • Ability to use data and metrics for storytelling.
  • Experience driving engagement with a remote workforce.
  • Understanding of equity as a compensation tool.
  • Commitment to process improvement in people strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in dynamic, constantly changing environments.
  • Experience in telehealth/healthcare sectors is a plus.

Travel and Remote Work Requirements

  • For San Francisco Bay Area candidates, ability to commute to our Market Street office 2-3 days/week.
  • Private work area with information privacy for remote work.
