Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled NOC Engineer to join our managed service team, offering support and continuous monitoring to our clients. As a NOC Engineer, you will be the initial communication hub for customers, taking the lead on monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and recovering client infrastructure. This role is an excellent stepping stone for advancing your DevOps career.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor data centers, servers, applications, performance, and availability
• Assess and prioritize faults, with appropriate responses or escalations
• Provide technical support
• Maintain verbal and written communication with customers
• Follow NOC protocols for efficient monitoring and communication
• Troubleshoot issues using provided tools and suggest or develop new advanced tools
• Adhere to a shift work schedule: 12-hour shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM (UTC +3), alternating night and day shifts, with a typical pattern of 12 hours on and 48 hours off

Requirements

• Experience in network management
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Zabbix, and Grafana
• Experience with Logging
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English

Preferred Qualities

• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Understanding of CI/CD processes
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
