Job Description

As part of its strong growth and 2024 ambition, Talan is recruiting a HR Data Analyst.

Reporting to the Group's HR Transformation Manager, and in close collaboration with the BU Directors and HR Managers, your main duties will consist in:

• Constructing analysis models and management indicators around main HR issues (absenteeism, turnover…)

• Steering HR projects for the deployment of dashboards for business and HR and participating in the evolution of the group's HR reporting tools

• Contributing to the reliability of the HRIS data

• Establishing regular HR reports or studies upon request

• Playing an advisory role: alerting to indicator deviations

• Contributing to the development of a Data culture within the Group's HR Directorate

• Participating in projects within the Group Transformation team, as needed

Qualifications

Coming from a superior education of Bac+5, you justify from 3 to 5 years of experience on a similar position.

You have an eye for detail, an analytical mind and synthesis, and customer service oriented.

You demonstrate autonomy on projects.

You have good knowledge of data visualization tools (Power Bi) and master Excel. Knowledge of SuccessFactors and its reporting tools would be a plus.

You have a fluent level of English
