Join Teads as an HR Data Analyst in Paris or Montpelier (Hybrid Work Available)

Teads is seeking a talented HR Data Analyst to become an integral member of our team in either our Paris or Montpelier office. With the option for hybrid work, you'll report directly to the Global Rewards Director. Your primary objective will be to cultivate a data-driven culture within the HR department, ensuring data accuracy, digital transformation, and providing valuable insights to support strategic HR decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management

- Maintain and clean HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

- Optimize data flows and comply with data protection standards.

Reporting & Analytics

- Clean and maintain the HR database utilizing our HRIS and other HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, ATS, Performance Management).

- Improve, streamline, and automate HR data flows through multiple API integrations.

- Ensure employee data processing complies with stringent data protection standards for audits, shareholders, leadership, HR, unions, and stakeholders.

- Develop predictive models and understand both internal and external data management intricacies.

Insights & Performance

- Deliver HR Key Indicators aligned with the HR Roadmap and Business strategy, ensuring consistent analytics across 35+ countries.

- Maintain and enhance BI Dashboards to aid stakeholders in decision-making regarding People & Reward management (salary cost/budget, reward campaigns, staff HC/movements, surveys) and conduct ad hoc analyses.

- Provide actionable recommendations to assess and improve people and rewards programs.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Build strong partnerships with HR, Finance, IT, Innovation, and other key contributors.

- Manage stakeholders' expectations to align practices with business strategies and financial considerations.

What You'll Bring to the Team

- Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Intelligence, Data Science (Bac +5) with a strong interest in HR.

- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (AppScript/TypeScript) or Excel (VBA-SQL), Database management, and Data visualization tools (Looker, PowerBi).

- Fluent English with excellent communication skills.

- Initial experience in BI, Reporting, Data Analytics through internships or apprenticeships is appreciated.

- Passion for agile methodologies and a proactive, user-support-oriented mindset.

- Curiosity, quick learning abilities, and a strong attention to detail.

- Experience with data architecture, managing multiple APIs, and HR information systems (Core, ATS, ideally Bamboo, Greenhouse, and/or Anaplan) is a plus.
