The Human Resources team at EACH is on an exciting transformation journey. As a result, we are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Projects and Data Analyst to join our team.
Primarily based at EACH’s head office in Ringwood, this position will report to the Systems & Analyst Lead. The key focus will be on supporting relevant systems, analyzing data, and coordinating various exciting projects.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
The Data Analyst aspect of this position will involve identifying enhancement opportunities, detecting system flaws and processes that may require adjustments to ensure an effective and enjoyable experience for all users. This role will also involve preparing and reviewing various data sets, identifying trends and risks, collaborating with key stakeholders on solutions/recommendations, and preparing various reporting needs to support the Human Resources team, EACH, and external governing bodies.
The project management part of this role will provide the incumbent an opportunity to participate and coordinate a range of Human Resources-related projects that focus on systems, payroll, industrial relations, and business continuity.
We are seeking a lateral thinker who enjoys working with systems, data, and metrics and has a passion for continually driving improvements in the technical space and the Human Resources function. You should be a team player, partnering with all business areas to drive change and streamline processes to create an exceptional user experience.
Prior experience in the Human Resources and payroll areas, interpreting industrial instruments and/or payroll processing will be advantageous. A strong technical background and proven experience coordinating small to medium projects till implementation coupled with a demonstrated track record working with systems and technology are essential.
