Job Title: HR Systems Analyst & Data Analyst (6-Month Contract) - Smart Recruiters, Mosaic, Sage

Job Description:

As an integral part of our HR Solution team, you will excel in providing crucial production support, development, and configuration across all HR technology systems and ensure seamless integration with other corporate and third-party systems. Your expertise will help keep our services operational globally, always ensuring efficiency and technological alignment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Production Support and System Development: Offer daily support for all systems within our HR technology landscape. Handle system enhancements, bug-fixes, and support through all stages of the system development lifecycle. You'll also serve as a subject matter expert, acting as the connective link between IT and HR.
• Risk and Compliance: Adhere strictly to set policies, guidelines, and procedures within the HR Solution team and our firm, ensuring all practices meet our high standards of compliance.
• Reporting: Maintain regular and timely reporting on all activities and progress to management, ensuring transparency and up-to-date communication.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively both within and outside the HR Solutions Team, engaging with all internal departments and external entities to foster teamwork and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Required: A third-level qualification in IT, Computer Applications, Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Extensive hands-on experience in 1st or 2nd line HR system support and development, and proven capabilities in managing HR system changes and projects.

Preferred: Experience with a variety of software including Sage People, Smart Recruiter, PBI, Saba, and others. Exposure to full-cycle HR system implementations and transformations, particularly within the financial sector, is highly advantageous.
