About the Role: HR Systems and Data Analyst (6-month External Contractor)

Job Description
You will play a crucial role in the HR Solutions team, handling day-to-day support, development, and configuration within our HR technology framework. This ensures seamless operations across all international locations, integrating corporate and third-party systems for optimal functionality.

Role & Responsibilities

• Production Support and System Development: Manage daily operational support for all systems, engage in system enhancements, and navigate the full system development lifecycle.
• Expertise and Collaboration: Serve as a subject matter expert, linking IT and HR, managing user queries, and overseeing changes within company HR systems.
• Risk and Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to internal and external policy guidelines and protocols.
• Reporting: Consistently report progress and updates to your manager, ensuring transparent communication on all project and operational statuses.

Qualifications

Essential:
Candidates must possess a third-level qualification in IT or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience, backed by a solid track record in HR systems support and development. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite are required.

Preferred:
Experience with specific HR tools and systems such as Sage People, Smart Recruiter, and various Microsoft and AI tools is highly favored. Experience in HR transformation projects or HR operations in the financial sector will be a distinct advantage.
