As part of the Human Resources Group, you will be integrated into the People Development team, responsible for HR Development and Group HRIS policies. This cross-functional role requires collaboration among HR managers from all 14 countries and various departments like IT and Legal, aiming to foster a culture of HR Data and ensure the generation of reliable and regular indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Reporting:

  • Develop and automate dashboards for monitoring key HR indicators such as headcount and attrition rates.
  • Generate these reports using Power BI in collaboration with Data and IT teams.
  • Provide qualitative analysis from dashboards to guide decision-making in HR and other departments.
  • Create and refine annual Group reports to establish common performance indicators (Diversity, etc.).
  • Ensure the reliability of HR data in the HRIS by conducting consistency checks and supporting updates across countries.

Group HR Campaigns:

  • Outline the framework of campaigns aligning with HR policies and timelines (scheduling, target population).
  • Coordinate the setup and adjustments of forms in the HRIS and other tools, and manage campaign rollouts.
  • Prepare communications related to campaigns (launches, reminders) and provide user support as needed.
  • Monitor campaign progress with country HR teams and analyze outcomes.

Group HRIS:

  • Contribute to the HRIS change project slated for 2025 by leading efforts on new or revised modules (Core HR, Salary Review, Performance Reviews, etc.).
  • Optimize current modules in use on SAP SuccessFactors.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a bilingual (English/French) professional with proven expertise in HR data management and IT project management within HR (HRIS project management, transformation projects). Familiarity with Power BI, advanced Excel skills, and experience in HR roles will be advantageous. Knowledge of administering at least one HRIS (Cegid Talentsoft, Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, etc.) is required.
